Vanessa is a coach and consultant who has worked with countless business, both large and small, in helping them grow and increase performance. She is a Director of her own business, the Williams Partnership, which she formed in 2005. Her academic credentials include an Masters’ in Business Administration and the Certified Transactional Analysis written exam.
She is passionate about creating the conditions which bring out the best of people and build lasting change.

‘HR Matters’ is a gathering of a small group of like-minded senior HR professionals wanting to learn and discuss current business challenges in a breakfast meeting environment.
The meetings are hosted by Alex Welsh of Diversity HR and facilitated by Vanessa Williams using an ‘Action Learning Set’ approach that will enable you to gain insights and answers to your questions. She has a background in HR (including working at board level) and over 10 years’ experience of working with businesses to support and enhance their effectiveness.
Vanessa seeks to make every session engaging and fun while also bringing a wealth of knowledge to add to the mix.
