Skills Development

We have a wealth of experience in designing and delivering bespoke development events and organisation interventions for individuals and groups ranging from 3 up to 100 people that deliver performance, build capabilities and support sustainable change.

Programmes we have delivered recently include:-

  • Influence skills (including handling conflict and stakeholder management) for managers within a major food supplier business partnering skills for buyers employed by a major high street retailer
  • Coaching skills for a team of healthcare workers
  • Our approach in running developmental interventions is to impart knowledge, facilitate learning and behavioural change within a trusting climate.
