Our experience has taught us that participation is the ONLY change process. We cannot design something that works without involving all those affected and harvesting the intelligence within the system.
However, creating change doesn't require you to go for the critical mass. For example, you don't need to train everybody or even get the support at the top of the organisation. We work alongside you in finding local ideas and processes that are meaningful in that area - then see who notices and what happens.
We help those driving the change clarify the desired ethos and approach and role model what is needed, for example, in the way they engage key. Perhaps most importantly we provide coaching to support those leading the transition. We help individuals embrace the nature and purpose of business partnering and help them develop the behavioural flexibility and self-awareness needed to make the shift.
