Executive Coaching

Executives and leaders often require tailored personal development. Executive coaching provides an opportunity for deeper exploration, skills building and knowledge exchange aimed at enabling individuals become more effective and fulfilled in what they do. Each coaching programme is agreed with the coachee and the resulting contract is frequently "signed off" with their manager. A "typical" coaching programme might be between six and ten coaching sessions of two hours, over nine months, with regular reviews of progress during the programme.

Team Coaching

Team coaching is a useful intervention to employ where there is conflict or break down in relationships within a team. A way forward is evolved comprising an appropriate combination of one to one meetings and facilitated team discussion.
